Who writes here

Tom Peeters has watched what is licensed in Belgium since 2021 and works through every operator himself paying particular attention to dice games. Works from Antwerpen.

This site earns from affiliate links; what we write is independent of that fee. A missing licence is never left unsaid.

How we test. we register like any other player, carry out a real deposit, start a withdrawal and keep an eye on the clock. We check the operator against the Gaming Commission's white and black lists and read the bonus terms line by line. What we could not verify does not appear.

What the law imposes

The Belgian legislator approaches player protection more tightly than the Netherlands or France and you feel it on the first deposit. Every licensed site applies a default deposit limit of €200 per week.

Self-exclusion in Belgium is handled centrally, through EPIS: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. The entry point is the Gaming Commission. Casino, gaming hall and sports betting are 21-and-over since 1 September 2024; for the National Lottery 18 remained the rule. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.
